Where is Momentum 2009 being held and what are the dates?
The conference will be held May 19-22 at The Palazzo Resort and Casino in the luxurious Venetian Complex, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
What is the pricing structure for Momentum 2009?
- Advanced Registration: Through March 30, 2009 = $1,295.00
- Registration: March 31 through May 18, 2009 = $1,595.00
- On-Site Registration: After May 18, 2009 = $1,795.00

How do I register?
You may register via our online registration system.
What methods of payment can I use?
You may pay by check or money order, electronic funds transfer, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Full payment must accompany your registration form, as registrations without payment will not be processed. A purchase order is not an acceptable form of payment.

Is there a guest fee?
Yes. The fee is US $250. This will admit your guest into the evening events only. It does not entitle your guest to enter the Discovery Center (except during the Opening Reception) or to attend any sessions.
Should more than one person from the same company attend Momentum 2009?
Yes. We encourage participation from various departments within your organization to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.
May I wait and register on-site when I arrive at the conference?
Yes, although it is preferable (and less expensive) to pre-register online or by mail, as on-site registration will carry an extra fee. If you have not registered prior to your arrival, check in at the Momentum Conference Registration Desk, located on Level 2 (Congress Center/Casino Level). Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
Yes. If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the Momentum 2009 Conference Management Team via e-mail at momentum@meetingexpectations.com or by fax to +1 404-240-0998.
What is the cancellation policy?
You will be refunded your paid registration fee, minus US $695.00, if you provide written notice of your cancellation by May 8, 2009. After the cancellation deadline, there will be no refunds. All refunds will be mailed 30 days after the conference.

What should I wear?
Conference dress is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the climate varies. Layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort.
What is the hotel rate for Momentum 2009?

Will I be able to access the Internet while at the conference?
Absolutely. You can take advantage of our sponsored Internet access area inside the Discovery Center.
Will technical training be available?
Yes. Each class provided at Momentum includes a workbook and instructor demos so you can run exercises which help reinforce that material and encourage long-term retention. These classes are complimentary to all Momentum attendees. Pre-registration is required.
Do I need a rental car?
No. It is not necessary to rent a car unless you plan to extend your stay and tour the city. All conference activities are either on-site or transportation will be provided. You will, however, need to obtain your own transportation to and from the airport.
How do I get from McCarran International Airport to The Palazzo Resort and Casino in the Venetian Complex?
All attendees are responsible for making transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel. Cab and shuttle services are available at the airport. Rooms will be in The Palazzo Resort and Casino, so please convey this to the cab or shuttle driver.
