  • You will register for a specific package based on the number of attendees from your company
  • You will receive a special code that the attendees from your company will use when creating their individual registrations; this code will be e-mailed to you.
  • When registering for the group registration, the primary contact will have the option of paying for all of the group members registrations at once by selecting the “Pay Now” option. Or, the primary contact may opt to have each group member pay for their registration fee at the discounted rate separately by selecting the “Pay Individually” group option.

Important to Note:

If you opt to pay individually and receive your group promo code during the early bird or regular rate period, the discount will expire on the applicable cutoff date and will result in the loss of the discount for any unregistered group members.

Discounts apply for full-price registrants only; those utilizing other discounts cannot be included in the count. Attendee substitutions are permitted, but be advised that cancellations which drop the group count below the number required for the discount will result in the loss of the discount and the standard rate will be charged. What methods of payment can I use?

You may pay by check* or money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, electronic funds transfer (for EFT/wire instructions contact momentum@meetingexpectations.com). Full payment must accompany your registration form, as registrations without payment will not be processed. A purchase order is not an acceptable form of payment. 

*Payments by personal or company check will not be accepted after April 7, 2017, whether the purchase is for a group or individual registration.  Anyone who registers after April 7 will be required to use a credit card for payment.  Anyone who has a payment due upon check-in at the conference or who wishes to register on-site, must present a credit card to receive a name badge.

Is there a guest fee?

Yes, the fee is US $500.00. This will admit your guest into the evening events only. It does not entitle your guest to enter the Discovery Center (except during scheduled Receptions) or to attend any sessions.

Should more than one person from the same company attend Momentum 2017?

Yes. We encourage participation from various departments within your organization to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.

May I wait and register on-site when I arrive at the conference?

Yes, although it is preferable (and less expensive) to pre-register in advance online or by mail, as on-site registration will carry an extra fee and you’ll be required to submit full payment via credit card at time of registration since all balance due amounts must be paid in advance or on-site at the conference. If you have not registered prior to your arrival, check in at the Momentum Conference Registration Desk located in Caesars Palace. Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8. The conference hotel generally sells out quickly, so please make your hotel arrangements early.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes. If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the Momentum 2017 Conference Management Team via e-mail at momentum@meetingexpectations.com or by fax to 404-240-0998.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will be refunded your paid registration fee, minus US $750.00, if you provide written notice of your cancellation by May 7, 2017. After the cancellation deadline, there will be no refunds. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Momentum 2017 Conference Management Team via e-mail at momentum@meetingexpectations.com or by fax to 404-240-0998.

What should I wear?

Conference dress is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the climate varies. Layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort. Also keep in mind that the weather in Nevada during May can be hot, so please pack accordingly.

What is the hotel rate for Momentum 2017?

Momentum 2017 will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Momentum 2017 attendees will receive a special group rate of $199 by booking on-line, or by contacting the hotel directly. Reservations must be made by Friday, April 14 in order to be guaranteed the special group rate.

Will technical training be available?

Based on the popularity of these sessions, Manhattan will once again offer an intense learning opportunity through our Product & Industry Immersion Sessions, held Thursday morning, for an even deeper dive into some of our solutions with the product experts who know them best. Plus, we will repeat some of our most popular breakout sessions for those who weren't able to attend the first time around.

Will Internet access be available?

Attendees at Momentum 2017 will receive wireless high-speed Internet access in their guest rooms, which is included in the resort fee for two devises per day.

Do I need a rental car?

It is not necessary to rent a car unless you plan to extend your stay and tour the area. All conference activities are either on-site or transportation is provided.

How do I get from the airport to Caesars Palace?

Taxis

More than ten taxi companies provide service to and from the airport and locations throughout Las Vegas. Taxi cab service is regulated by the Nevada Taxicab Authority, a Nevada State agency responsible for issuing medallions and setting fares.

  • Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Customers should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment.
  • There is a $2.00 charge on all fares originating at the airport.
  • The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5), including infants and children.

 

Terminal 1

Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 - 4. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

 

Terminal 3

At Terminal 3, taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero. There are 20 taxi loading positions on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and 10 loading positions on the east side of the building to accommodate international travelers. Quick exit lanes will allow traffic to leave the airport quickly and airport personnel are available to assist as needed.

 

Shuttles

Group shuttles are an economical way to get from the airport to most major hotel/resorts. While en route, group shuttles make multiple stops at locations along the way, so relax and enjoy the spectacular view.

 

Terminal 1

Group shuttles are available on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7 - 13. Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

 

Terminal 3
