The Palazzo Resort and Casino in the luxurious Venetian Complex

The Palazzo was created with the Italian countryside and seaports in mind—the beauty of Capri, the serenity of Portofino, the couture of Milan, the culinary greatness of Tuscany and the graciousness of the people. Throughout your stay you'll discover a new view on Las Vegas, where impeccable service and unforgettable ambience are at every turn.

All accommodations at The Palazzo are suites, each featuring a bedroom with adjacent living room and large bath—all fashioned with your comfort and convenience in mind. A living room decorated with a distinctly modern European design. Marble-appointed baths with oversized bath sheets. Luxurious Egyptian linens. And remote-control Roman shades and curtains. From the floral adornments and the plush robes and slippers, to in-suite dining serving everything from fresh fruit to mouth-watering lobster on linen-topped tables, The Palazzo is an escape to a life of luxury.

As your host at The Palazzo, we invite you to explore everything we have to offer, as well as the amenities of our neighbor to the south, The Venetian. With a grand selection of entertainment, restaurants and boutiques, The Venetian is a must-see destination.

Transportation

Getting Around Vegas

Las Vegas is a compact city with many attractions available in the central area around the Strip and downtown. Transportation options are numerous and varied, from renting a vintage Cadillac Eldorado or new Corvette, to hopping on a city bus, taking a cab or riding the Las Vegas Monorail, one of the most modern transportation systems in the world.

Airport Shuttle

If you're flying into Vegas, the most economical way to get to your hotel is probably on an airport shuttle. The shuttles gather just outside the terminal in the same area as the taxis. Shuttle service to the Strip or downtown costs less than $10, and buses run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Check with your hotel to arrange the return trip to McCarran International Airport.

Car Rentals

The average price for renting an economy car in Vegas is around $25 to $30 per day, but the sky's the limit if you want to cruise the Strip in something a little more extravagant. Rates will rise on holiday weekends or when there's a large convention in town.

Taxis

Taxicabs are available on the East side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. Please note: Most taxis will not accept credit card payments. In addition, there is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five, including infants and children.

About Las Vegas

Las Vegas, an ever-changing fantasy-land of a city, has seen unbelievable expansion since it emerged from the desert 100 years ago.

Thirty-eight and a half million visitors enjoy the sights and sounds of Las Vegas every year. They stay in some of the most glamorous, unique hotels in the world. They eat at five-star restaurants and expansive buffets. They play at casinos, pools, health spas and golf courses. Sometimes (many times, actually) they even marry each other.

You will be dazzled by Vegas, but the sheer number of things to see and do can seem overwhelming. A little advance planning will help you to enjoy your Vegas trip.
