Where will Momentum 2019 be held and what are the dates?

Who should attend?

Current Manhattan Associates customers at the executive, management and user levels, current partners and other pre-qualified individuals in the Supply Chain industry interested in learning more about Manhattan Associates' solutions are encouraged to attend.

Should more than one person from the same company attend Momentum 2019?

Yes. We encourage participation from various departments within your organization to gain maximum benefit from the conference. Each person must submit a separate registration form with payment in full.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes. If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the Momentum 2019 Conference Management Team via e-mail at momentum@meetingexpectations.com.

Is registering online before the conference required?

In order to attend Momentum, you must pre-register online, in advance. The last day to pre-register is Friday, May 17th. The conference hotel generally sells out quickly, so please make your hotel arrangements early.

What is included with the conference registration fees?

  • Unlimited access to all educational and thought leadership sessions
  • Admission to all conference functions including meals, where provided, and all evening events
  • Entrance to the Discovery Center (Exhibit Hall)
  • A private online conference community

What methods of payment can I use?

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Full payment must accompany your registration form, as registrations without payment will not be processed. A purchase order is not an acceptable form of payment.

Is there a guest fee?

Yes, the fee is US $500.00. This will admit your guest into the evening events only. It does not entitle your guest to enter the Discovery Center (except during scheduled Receptions) or to attend any sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will be refunded your paid registration fee, minus US $750.00, if you provide written notice of your cancellation by May 17, 2019. After the cancellation deadline, there will be no refunds. Please send written notification of cancellation to the Momentum 2019 Conference Management Team via e-mail at momentum@meetingexpectations.com.

Will technical training be available?

Based on the popularity of these sessions, Manhattan will once again offer an intense learning opportunity through our Product & Industry Immersion Sessions, held Thursday morning, for an even deeper dive into some of our solutions with the product experts who know them best. Plus, we will repeat some of our most popular breakout sessions for those who weren't able to attend the first time around.

Do I need a rental car?

It is not necessary to rent a car unless you plan to extend your stay and tour the area. All conference activities are either on-site or transportation is provided.

What should I wear?

Conference dress is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the climate varies. Layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort. Also keep in mind that the weather in Florida during May can be hot, so please pack accordingly.

Will Internet access be available?

Attendees at Momentum 2019 will receive wireless high-speed Internet access in their guest rooms, which is included in the resort fee for two devices per day. We will also provide high-speed Internet in and around the session rooms.
