Manhattan Associates welcomes you to Momentum 2019, held at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona! To help you prepare, we’ve put together this quick reference guide so you are ready for a successful event. Here’s what you need to know:



All attendees are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements for the conference.

Pinnacle Foyer

You will receive your unique QR code via email, which enables you to quickly and easily register when you arrive at the Pinnacle Foyer of the hotel. Simply show us the code on your smartphone, or print it for scanning onsite to receive your conference credentials. More information to complete your registration will be provided in a separate email along with your code.

Registration will be in the Pinnacle Peak Foyer, on the lobby level of the hotel. Please note the registration hours below:

Monday, May 20: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Tuesday, May 21: 7:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday, May 22: 7:00am – 5:30pm
Thursday, May 23: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Conference dress is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool, and the climate varies. Layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort. Also keep in mind that the weather in Phoenix during May can be hot, so please pack accordingly. Important Note: “Get your Kicks on Route 66,” the theme for this year’s Customer Appreciation Party, will be held outdoors at the ballroom lawn of the hotel. It can be warm, so please dress appropriately for an outdoor party at the conference.

Get your Kicks on Route 66 at Momentum
6:30pm – 9:30pm, Ballroom Lawn
Come join us on the Ballroom Lawn for an evening of networking and fun with fellow attendees. We’ve transformed the lawn into our own Route 66 desert experience complete with a live band, interactive entertainment, refreshing cocktails and a variety of games. Important note: Your Momentum badge is required for access to the Customer Appreciation Party.

Join Manhattan’s Heather Mahan, SVP, Professional Services, and other female leaders from the industry for informal networking and a lively discussion on The Center for Creative Leadership’s study of five key themes for high-achieving women leaders. Our featured speakers are:

This year at Momentum, Manhattan product experts from our Premier Support team will be standing by to answer your support and business operations questions. Whether you’re looking for advice on how to improve replenishment efficiency, to investigate causes of order shorts or to understand techniques to minimize split-shipments, expert, Premier Support resources will be ready to assist. Our Premier Support program gives you access to Manhattan support experts to provide guidance or resolve your support and business operations inquiries on a day-to-day basis. You can experience Premier Support during your time at Momentum by scheduling a 1:1 session.
