Manhattan Associates welcomes you to Momentum 2018, held at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida! To help you prepare, we’ve put together this quick reference guide so you are ready for a successful event. Here’s what you need to know:



All attendees are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements for the conference.


Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level 2

Separately you will receive your unique QR code, which enables you to quickly and easily register when you arrive at the Hotel Convention Center. Simply show us the code on your smartphone or print it for scanning onsite to receive your conference credentials. More information to complete your registration will be provided in the email along with your code.

Registration will be on Level 2 of the Hotel Convention Center. Please note the registration hours below:

  • Monday, May 21:          10:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 22:          7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday, May 23:     7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Thursday, May 24:         7:00 am – 12:00 pm

Conference dress is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool and the climate varies. Layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort. Also keep in mind that the weather in Florida during May can be hot, so please pack accordingly. Important Note: “Mambo Nights,” the theme for this year’s Customer Appreciation Party, will be held outdoors at the hotel, overlooking the pool and the ocean. It can be warm, so please dress appropriately for an outdoor party at the conference.

The Discovery Center at Momentum is where you can get hands-on with the latest in supply chain innovation, network with fellow attendees and meet with Manhattan solutions consultants and partners. Our new Discovery Stage offers expert knowledge and insight in mini-sessions (10-20 minutes). We are also adding opportunities for you to schedule 1:1 time with a Manhattan expert to ask your specific questions about our business offerings.

Join fellow first-timers at this pre-conference reception and learn how to connect more effectively at Momentum. The Manhattan team will be on hand, offering tips and resources to help you prepare and navigate your first Momentum conference experience.

General Session
8:00am - 10:00 am, Great Hall, Level 3
Kick off your Momentum agenda with a bang as Manhattan Associates President and CEO Eddie Capel takes the stage, followed by Amy Carovillano, Vice President of Logistics and Distribution at The Container Store, famed Arctic explorer Robert Swan, and Manhattan’s Senior Vice President and CMO Nicole O’Rourke.

Power Sessions
10:30 am – 11:25 am
Make sure to catch one of three expert-led Power Sessions. Choose the session most appropriate for your area of interest and gain valuable perspectives and insights you won’t hear anywhere else. See the mobile app for details on each session.

Mambo Nights at Momentum
6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, The Diplomat Lagoon Pool Deck and South Palm Court
Come join us poolside for an evening of networking and fun with fellow attendees. We’ve transformed the pool terrace into our own tropical-inspired paradise complete with a live band, refreshing cocktails and a variety of games. Important note: Your Momentum badge is required for access to the Customer Appreciation Party.


Women in Supply Chain & Technology Lunch
12:20 pm – 1:45 pm, Great Hall Foyer Level 3
Join Manhattan’s Heather Mahan, SVP, Professional Services, and other female leaders from the industry for informal networking and a lively discussion on being at your best: physically, mentally, and professionally. Our featured speaker is Karen Beebe, CIO of Vineyard Vines, who will share her personal thoughts into how you can “Be at Your Best.”

In business and on the ice, pressure and competition are relentless. Insight and inspiration at Momentum 2018 continues with GAP Inc. SVP Kevin Kuntz, eight-time Olympic medalist Apolo Ohno, and the presentation of this year’s Innovator of the Year Awards.
