About George Lawrie

George Lawrie is vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research and researches innovations that help companies to win serve and retain customers. A veteran of dozens of transformation projects in retail and consumer goods George first joined Forrester in 2003. For the last five years, his research and advisory focus have been on retail store, commerce, and order management systems. He is a CIMA qualified accountant and has a master’s degree in Operations Research from Warwick University.
