Bart De Muynck is vice president at Gartner and researches the supply chain area focused on the delivery processes: transportation planning, transportation execution, freight payment, analytics, visibility, yard management, vehicle routing, scheduling and fleet telematics. He also covers innovative technologies, such as AI and ML in transportation, blockchain, autonomous vehicles and drones. Bart has previously worked as an enterprise architect at PepsiCo, where he was globally responsible for the delivery area. He has held positions in the chemical industry, the logistics industry and the consulting industry.
