Have you ever wanted to see how your team is doing minute-to-minute, so you can coach to a specific goal? Or wanted to make sure shift hand-offs happen smoothly, with everything completed as expected? How about accomplishing those without running a report? Manhattan's Peer Statistics is a real-time process that lets you evaluate performance against many different metrics, including practically any filter or flag you can think of to drive your business. Peer Statistics loads with live data, and complements the intelligence of Driver&Load and Drop&Swap. Use it to check on regional fleets, keep an eye on different divisions, or drill down to a specific person using the preset hierarchy tables within the screen. In this session, Karl Lahey from Crete Carrier will discuss how his company has been using Peer Statistics and their plans for the future.
This session will introduce you to the end user expansion of the Load Analyzer product. The Carrier Optimization Portal (COP) is the base of the carrier solutions on the web. The Load Analyzer content on COP provides Network Balance with one-click access to booking recommendations, remaining commitments and maps of inbound and outbound recommendations. Additionally, there is direct access to the mapping solutions. This solution will help the current ICC clients visualize the LA solution and provide non-ICC clients with screens to utilize Load Analyzer.
CR England will discuss how their Load Analyzer project became a strategic priority, and how their implementation team worked from leadership to end user to gain buy-in and achieve a successful deployment. They will cover how the project was conceived, prioritized, staffed, and managed, with a focus on feedback from end users and management in order to meet leadership's expectations. They will also review what was learned and what could have been done differently.
The transportation software world may be moving in the direction of web UIs and graphical displays, but nothing can beat an experienced user with two hands on a terminal keyboard for speed. At Prime Inc., speed and convenience are taken seriously. Prime has made extensive changes to Manhattan screens in order to improve user workflow, including adding new record selection options and new logic-driven cursor behaviors. In this session, Prime will share some of those changes, discuss how they were designed and implemented, and show how they help some of their best users work even more quickly and efficiently.
Manhattan's Load Analyzer helped CFI improve accuracy and reliability in reporting regional truck counts. In this session, they will discuss how that happened, and how the change helped end users and management align network needs and make decisions improving their network overall.
