George Lawrie, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research, researches innovations that help companies to win, serve and retain customers. A veteran of dozens of transformation projects in retail and consumer goods, George first joined Forrester in 2003. For the last five years, his research and advisory focus has been on retail store, commerce and order management systems. He is a CIMA-qualified accountant and has a master’s degree in operations research from Warwick University.
