Marcela is responsible for leading the Omni-Channel Strategy and Operations team at Chico’s FAS, servicing all brands in Chico’s portfolio. She has been with the Omni-Channel Strategy team from its inception and was part of the cross functional team consisting of technology, customer service, store operations, planning and allocations, inventory control and finance responsible for the implementation and rollout of Omni. Marcela has worked at Chico’s for 13 years in a variety of roles, with increasing responsibility in sourcing and finance.
Prior to joining Chico’s, Marcela worked in manufacturing and quality engineering at John Deere. She is a graduate of Tec de Monterrey, earning a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.
